The Xponential Fitness-owned barre brand is relaunching its Reform class, looking to get in on the Pilates craze

As Pilates continues booming, the modality is making a return to one of Xponential Fitness’ top boutique brands.

Pure Barre is bringing back its Reform class, which integrates Pilates-inspired movement with the barre brand’s signature low-impact technique, refreshing how people utilize the barre in a more intentional workout designed to build strength, improve stability and enhance body awareness.

The 50-minute full-body workout utilizes controlled movements using sliders and Pure Barre’s unique resistance tubes as participants go through large ranges of motion with significant time under tension.

“Consumers are looking for workouts that do more than build strength — they want to move in a way that helps them feel balanced, controlled and more connected to their bodies,” said Pure Barre president Katelyn DiGiorgio. “Pure Barre Reform brings that experience to life through Pilates-inspired resistance training rooted in the precision, energy and low-impact approach our members know and love.”

To mark the comeback of Reform, participating studios nationwide will host National Reform Day on Saturday, July 18, where members and prospective clients can engage in classes, in-studio experiences and community-focused activations.

Participating studios have already begun reincorporating the class format, as the rollout continues across Pure Barre locations nationwide.

The brand’s pivot comes as Pilates’ popularity persists — and only keeps growing. Xponential’s other top brand, Club Pilates, is the market leader with over 1,000 studios, while other franchises like Pilates Addiction, JetSet Pilates and Strong Pilates are experiencing explosive expansion as the market stays strong.
