The Sequel Brands-owned franchise is gearing up to build a robust footprint across the U.S., with locations set to open in New Jersey, Florida, Tennessee and elsewhere this year

Pilates Addiction, Sequel Brands’ fastest-growing franchise, just hit 300 licenses sold, a major milestone less than 12 months after opening its first studio in California, positioning the brand to expand its footprint across 27 states.

The brand has maintained a rapid pace from the outset, hitting 100 territories sold within months of launching, and 200 before the end of 2025.

“Pilates has never seen growth like this,” said Pilates Addiction Sarah Luna, a former Club Pilates executive. “Three hundred territories means over 100 franchise owners chose Pilates Addiction after evaluating the brand and the space. That level of conviction from the market validates everything we’ve built — the method, the machine, the business model.”

Amid a booming Pilates market — especially for franchisesPilates Addiction is looking to stand apart from its competitors through its differentiated positioning, operational infrastructure and most of all its proprietary technology, the Aurum Reformer.

The patented, all-in-one Pilates platform integrates a reformer, Wunda Chair, jump board and ballet barre into a single performance system found exclusively at Pilates Addiction studios.

The brand is known for its four key formats: Ignite, Core+, Max and Mobility RX, led by instructors trained in anatomy and biomechanics, with new formats and specialty programming currently in development.

Throughout 2026, Pilates Addiction says it will open new studios across a variety of markets, including in Wayne, New Jersey, Ann Arbor, Michigan, West Boca, Florida and Hendersonville, Tennessee, to name a few.
