The HVLP operator is giving its staff access to certifications, workshops and AI-powered tools through Inspire360 as part of a broader investment in professional development

Personal trainers and team members at The Edge Fitness Clubs will now have more opportunities to enhance their industry knowledge and expertise, thanks to a new partnership with Inspire360.

The education-technology and learning management platform is specially built for the fitness and wellness industry, giving brands an integrated system of certifications, workshops and courses for career development and ongoing education. The deal points to The Edge’s investment in a structured and scalable approach to trainer development.

Inspire360 will provide The Edge’s trainers access to a curated selection of educational materials from organizations including the American Council on Exercise (ACE), TRX, Exos and more, alongside AI-powered support and tools that support continual professional growth in the fitness industry.

“Clubs like The Edge are leading the way by recognizing that education is not a one-time event, but an ongoing investment in their people,” said Inspire360’s vice president of partnerships Ravi Sharma. “We’re excited to partner with a team that is so clearly committed to developing their coaches and raising the standard of what great training looks like. When you invest in trainers at this level, the impact is felt across the entire member experience.”

The Edge’s commitment to supporting its trainers follows a $25 million reinvestment in facility upgrades, including equipment, amenities and branding updates late last year.

While Inspire360’s main focus is on enhancing and streamlining professional development, the company also conducts its own industry-focused research, including a recent report on GLP-1s.

It found that 17 fitness operators now have some form of a GLP-1 program — from in-house offerings to partnership referral programs — reflecting an industry-wide move to capture a base that’s expected to reach 30 million U.S. GLP-1 users by 2030.
