Hyrox Signs USAA as Title Sponsor for Upcoming Dallas Race

The military-focused banking and insurance company is partnering with the global fitness racing brand as part of an initiative to support veterans’ and military members’ well-being

Ahead of its upcoming Dallas competition, Hyrox is bringing in banking and insurance company USAA as the event’s title sponsor, highlighting veterans and athletes from military backgrounds in the process.

Hyrox has become a global phenomenon, with its hybrid-fitness competition combining running and strength training elements in a fast-paced event — a training style that’s taken off.

To celebrate the sponsorship, USAA will host a “Military Competition Corner” event, during which veterans and the military community can engage with interactive agility elements, recovery spaces and receive exclusive USAA Hyrox Dallas patches.

“USAA is proud to sponsor Dallas Hyrox and spotlight the athletes and stories that make this competition so unique — including many who are military servicemembers and veterans,” said USAA head of corporate impact Jenna Saucedo-Herrera.

As part of the event, which will take place November 21 to 23 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, the title sponsor will host Team USAA, a group of 40 athletes from the military community who will participate in the competition. Its members include USAA employees, Wounded Warrior Project athletes and local military members.

USAA’s support of Hyrox exemplifies the company’s push for mental and physical well-being through the lens of community and fitness, and as an extension of its Face the Fight campaign to prevent veteran suicide.

“Hyrox drives community and camaraderie contributing to overall well-being, aligning to our mission to help the military community thrive in every aspect of life,” Saucedo-Herrera added.

Since Face the Fight was launched in 2023, the organization has distributed more than $42 million in grants to support over 620,000 people through funded programs, in addition to supporting suicide risk screening for more than 417,000 veterans and providing care to more than 67,000 veterans.
