Through Connect, programming will be delivered directly to Strong Pilates studios’ proprietary Rowformer and Bikeformer machines, removing the need for manual setup, streamlining class delivery and standardizing workouts. With the integrated tablets, members will also have access to Strong Zones, a new performance‑feedback system that displays individual intensity ranges based on each member’s output through color‑coded zones. The system enables real‑time, one‑on‑one coaching that retains past performance to help inform and tailor future sessions to keep members progressing. “Connect is the next evolution of Strong,” said Strong Pilates co-founder and CEO Michael Ramsey. “We’ve been building towards this for years, and seeing it come to life across our studios is a milestone for our business. It pushes the brand forward in a way the industry hasn’t seen before and sets a new standard for boutique fitness globally.” Additional enhanced features will roll out later this year, the boutique fitness franchise said. “Over the next year, we will be introducing even more features that will completely transform the member experience,” Ramsey added. The program will roll out in two phases, beginning with Australia and the U.S. A rollout to other global markets will happen during the second phase, where Strong will also introduce deeper technology integration, expanded data capabilities and a rewards platform to recognize member milestones from lifetime metrics recorded within the system. The expanded features will also tap into personalization, as Connect sets level-based workout goals and assesses members according to their age, gender and fitness levels, earning the title of Strong, Stronger or Superhuman. Members will also receive real-time recognition throughout their workout as they achieve their goals. Other features include: Wireless workout sync: Workouts sync wirelessly with Strong TV, displaying only the current class in instructional order, eliminating manual uploads and member navigation Standardization across studios: Strong Connect normalizes workout metrics across all equipment, so members get the same experience from Melbourne to New York to London Instant post‑workout feedback Personalized Strong Zones: Phase Two takes this further with our color‑coded intensity ranges based on individual training efforts, enabling tailored coaching and supporting measurable progression Performance Memory: Connect tracks each member’s training efforts over each session, turning raw workout data into measurable progress to power motivation and results that drive long-term retention Inside Strong studios, integrated tablets will offer members real-time performance tracking, color-coded intensity zones and personalized coaching tools Strong Pilates is advancing its in-studio technology...
