HFA Show 2025: These Products Are Shaping Fitness

ATN rounds up the fitness products that made waves at the HFA Show 2025, from strength and cardio equipment to AI-powered innovations
Last week, the HFA Show – formerly the IHRSA conference – debuted under its new brand after more than four decades, and it did not disappoint. The event in Las Vegas felt like a refresh for the industry, showcasing innovation, technology and emerging trends shaping the future of fitness.
With a dynamic – and busy! – expo floor teeming with 363 brands and nearly 10,000 attendees, the HFA Show 2025 struck an impressive balance. Software innovators rubbed shoulders with cutting-edge equipment manufacturers, education and programming pioneers shared space with accessory and handheld gear disruptors, and more.
This year’s event wasn’t just about the latest gadgets – it was about layering smart, functional value into fitness products, where brands leveraged trends like glute training, strength development and hyper-personalized experiences powered by AI and emerging technology.
From fresh ideas to smart innovations, Athletech News takes a look at the standout products that caught our eye – and, perhaps, hint at where the future of fitness is headed.
Strength & Cardio Equipment
Freemotion’s booth made a strong impression, showcasing a seamless blend of design and functionality. At the center of attention were their latest innovations – the Epic plate-loaded line and the NordicTrack Ultra 1 luxury treadmill.
Designed to empower both seasoned lifters and beginners, the Epic line boasts precision engineering and exceptional durability, featuring ergonomic seats for proper spinal alignment, adjustable premium-stitched padding, and precision pivot bearings that offer a smooth, natural motion.
The Ultra 1 garnered much attention. Inspired by bespoke furniture, the treadmill features a cushioned running deck that absorbs up to 52% of running impact, a quiet brushless motor capable of speeds up to 15 MPH, and incline and decline controls ranging from 15% to -3%. Plus, with access to 10,000+ curated workouts through iFIT, users can run through stunning locations worldwide.

Recognizing the growing emphasis on glute training, eco-friendly fitness brand SportsArt introduced the A990 Glute Trainer, designed for effective and comfortable lower-body activation. Standout features include a pivoting backrest for stability, resistance band pegs for progressive overload, and a large, non-skid footplate to accommodate various user positions. Additionally, it offers on-unit weight plate storage and a long lever arm to enhance maximum load.
Wellness & Recovery Tools
Speaking of energizing experiences, Power Plate packed its booth with attendees eager to check out world-class vibration technology. Two standout innovations took center stage: the Power Plate Pro7 and the Power Plate REV, the world’s first vibration-powered indoor cycling bike.
The Pro7 is designed to maximize warm-up, training, and recovery in remarkably short sessions by activating large and small muscle groups simultaneously through vibration. Its compact footprint makes it an ideal addition for clubs looking to offer high-impact training without sacrificing space. By stimulating rapid muscle contractions, it enhances strength, circulation, flexibility, and overall performance.
The REV delivers an entirely unique cycling experience. Unlike traditional stationary bikes, it incorporates vibration through the pedals, amplifying muscle activation while reducing strain, catering to both high-performance athletes and general fitness enthusiasts alike.

On the wellness and recovery front, WellnessSpace Brands introduced two groundbreaking new products. The PolarWave Dry Plunge offers a full-body cold plunge experience – without water. Users can stay fully clothed, making it more convenient and accessible, while its low-maintenance design eliminates the need for plumbing, a dedicated room or additional staff.
The brand also unveiled the RedZone Sauna, which combines red light therapy with multiple forms of infrared heat to enhance recovery and overall well-being.
Both units, set to ship in late Q3 and Q4, are designed to integrate seamlessly into any wellness or recovery space.

AI & Software Innovations
ABC Fitness made it clear – they’re doubling down on AI-driven innovation.
“With decades of data from 40 million members, we’re leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline operations and empower staff to focus on what truly matters: engaging with members,” said ABC Fitness vice president of AI Robert Jackson.
One standout feature is Intelligent Billing, a behavioral-based AI system that determines the best day to bill each member, optimizing collections and cash flow. Four decades of industry insights have been transformed into smarter, more personalized financial processes.
Another game-changer is Xlerate, ABC Fitness’ next-generation CRM designed to support the entire fitness business lifecycle – from lead generation to engagement to retention. With automation handling the mundane tasks, trainers and staff can focus on delivering value, not chasing prospects.

Meanwhile, Club OS introduced Club OS One, the provider’s latest all-in-one platform designed to streamline the entire member journey. This comprehensive solution integrates billing, CRM, point-of-sale (POS) and engagement tools into a seamless ecosystem.
What sets Club OS One apart is its open API architecture, allowing fitness businesses to customize and integrate their preferred third-party solutions effortlessly. From lead conversion to long-term retention, this platform is built to simplify operations and enhance member experiences.
Daxko, on the other hand, used the HFA Show to unveil a major rebranding initiative, consolidating all of its platforms under the Daxko name for a more unified, seamless experience.
“This move is aimed at ensuring customers recognize the comprehensive suite of solutions Daxko offers, from member management to payments and CRM—all under one cohesive brand,” CEO Jeff VanDixhorn explained.
Education & Programming
Les Mills captivated attendees with the launch of Ceremony, its latest innovation in group fitness. To truly convey the essence of this high-energy circuit program, the company transformed its booth into an immersive tunnel, allowing visitors to step directly into the world of Ceremony and other Les Mills programming.
“We named the program ‘Ceremony’ to celebrate the accomplishment of fitness, fostering a community where every achievement is recognized,” said Tabitha Green, U.S. head of marketing and B2B digital content at Les Mills.
That celebratory energy was felt inside the tunnel, where attendees experienced the camaraderie and motivation that define Ceremony classes.

On the education side, ISSA turned the spotlight on one of its newest offerings: The Business of Personal Training, a hands-on, interactive course designed to help fitness professionals build sustainable, thriving careers. This comprehensive course covers marketing, leadership, client retention and financial management, equipping trainers with the tools they need to build long-term success.
“Success in personal training isn’t just about sets and reps – it’s about mastering the business side of fitness,” said Tami Nealy, vice president of communications for ISSA.
Accessories & Functional Training
Gibbon Slacklines is making balance training more accessible than ever. Once reserved for elite athletes, the slacklining fundamentals drive this functional fitness tool for all levels—from high-performance athletes to kids, personal training clients, and even seniors.
Gibbon entered the U.S. market two-and-a-half years ago, with Rogue Fitness bringing the product on for distribution. Since then, the innovative training method has quickly gained traction in one-on-one training, group fitness and rehab settings.
“The vibration created by the line engages the whole body and fosters a deep mind-body connection,” says Derek Mikulski, national director of commercial sales at Gibbon USA. “It’s a game-changer for balance, strength and functional movement.”
New-ish brand Stakt continues to expand its lineup with sleek, innovative gear. Known for its original foldable fitness mat, the brand has now introduced Stakt Weights – beautifully designed, adjustable dumbbells that shift seamlessly between 2, 4, and 6 lbs. Ideal for dynamic workouts and progressive strength training, they offer a versatile, space-saving solution with a strong aesthetic, making it a favorite among boutique studios and high-end gyms.

Bosu is expanding its lineup with the upcoming K-Series, a smaller-footprint balance trainer designed for co-branding with gyms and studios. A beta version made its debut at the HFA Show, generating buzz for its space-saving versatility. Also on display were BOSU’s wall-mounted storage solutions, including single and double storage brackets, helping facilities organize and maximize space efficiently.
Making its return to the show after five years, the GoFlo Trainer is once again turning heads. Founded by Liron Prihar, this innovative suspension training system is redefining the category with a next-level, game-changing approach. Designed to be accessible to all, the GoFlo Trainer offers explosive resistance for elite athletes while also providing assisted support for beginners, ensuring a scalable workout experience. GoFlo Trainer is seeking distributors and honoring show pricing through April 1.
And finally, ZeroWheel is making waves as a newcomer in the fitness space, redefining what an ab roller can do. While it may resemble a traditional ab roller, this motorized core trainer takes things to the next level, offering both resistance and assistance to accommodate all fitness levels – from rehab patients to elite athletes.
Weighing just 12 lbs, ZeroWheel isn’t limited to core training; it also functions as a versatile strength tool for shoulder presses, curls, kettlebell-style movements and more. Plus, its Bluetooth tether connects to a beacon home base, providing theft deterrence for gyms.

With the expo hall full of innovation and industry momentum, 2025 is shaping up to be a game-changing year for fitness. And if this year’s HFA Show was any indication, we have plenty to look forward to in March of 2026.
