The concept is known for its low-impact, high-energy 50-minute workouts that unite Pilates, yoga and tone movements under one roof. The latest location comes to Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, joining three other studios opening this month across the U.S. in Seattle, Washington; Stamford, Connecticut; and Sea Girt, New Jersey. To mark the milestone, FS8 is bringing its workout to the Hamptons this summer with its first seasonal hub, where Hamptons visitors and locals can take select classes led by ambassadors Cristina Chan and Olympic diver Kassidy Cook or drop in for daily classes and community events. “Reaching 100 FS8 studios is a very exciting and profound moment for everyone who has been part of this amazing journey,” said FIT House of Brands CEO Tom Dowd. “We created a unique workout that our members absolutely love. Combining yoga, toning and Pilates in one extraordinary workout has been a game changer for our members,” he continued. “Congratulations to our franchisees, trainers and our members who helped us achieve this meaningful milestone that further validates how strong this brand has become.” Since launching in Australia five years ago by F45 Training, before the FIT House of Brands ecosystem emerged, the boutique concept has seen notable international growth, with a footprint spanning 18 countries, including the U.S., U.K., Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific region. “Our overall growth and success is a testament to the power of the FS8 brand that combines the better training method that challenges and raises the bar of the category’s workout expectations,” added Dowd. “We built FS8 around the belief that great fitness experiences should be intelligent, accessible, and community-oriented, and FS8 is really resonating in the markets we are aggressively expanding into.” FS8’s American growth follows last year’s massive global expansion plans, with the brand planning to add 10 new European cities to its footprint, including Warsaw, Vienna, Munich, Dublin, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Ljubljana, Barcelona, Valencia, Tuscany and a second location in Luxembourg.FIT House of Brands’ Pilates-yoga-toning concept has officially reached 100 locations globally as it accelerates domestic expansion and prepares to launch a seasonal Hamptons activation...
