The Anthony Geisler and Gary Brecka-backed concept is seeing strong franchise demand ahead of its first openings, which are slated for the coming months

Ultimate Longevity Center (ULC) has awarded 200 franchise territories just four months after launching, which comes as the new concept prepares to open its first locations.

The concept, developed by Anthony Geisler’s Sequel Brands in partnership with popular longevity figure Gary Brecka and preventive health platform Lifeforce, announced that it has signed 70 franchisees covering 200 territories.

The first ULC centers are slated to open in the coming months in Boulder and Denver, San Diego; Chandler, Arizona; and Boca Raton, Florida.

ULC was launched late last year as Sequel Brands’ all-in-one longevity concept, combining recovery services such as sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen with biomarker testing, hormone analysis and personalized health protocols. The model is designed to bring a range of preventive health and longevity services under one roof.

According to Sequel, the wellness and longevity center category has largely remained fragmented despite growing consumer demand.

“The number one question Gary gets every single day is, ‘Where do I start?'” Geisler, the founder and CEO of Sequel, said. “People listen to the podcast. They read the research. They want to change. And then it’s over, and they’re staring at their phone thinking, now what? ULC is the answer to that question.”

The brand attributes the early franchise momentum to increasing consumer interest in proactive health and longevity. According to ULC, franchisees include a mix of experienced fitness and wellness operators, healthcare entrepreneurs and first-time business owners.

The announcement comes as longevity continues gaining traction across the fitness and wellness industry, with operators increasingly expanding beyond traditional fitness offerings to include diagnostics, recovery modalities and even peptides such as GLP-1s. UBS has projected the global longevity economy could reach $8 trillion within the next several years, fueling investment across the category.

ULC said it developed ULC’s clinical protocols alongside Lifeforce, while Brecka helped shape the concept’s longevity programming. In addition to recovery amenities, locations will feature laboratory testing, personalized wellness plans and a retail supplement offering.

ULC also reflects Sequel Brands’ broader strategy of building specialized fitness wellness franchise concepts. Launched in May 2025, Sequel’s portfolio includes Pilates Addiction, iFlex Stretch Studios, beem Light Sauna and Body20. Pilates Addiction, in particular, has also seen early franchising success, with over 300 territories awarded
