RevStrong Standard is a 50-minute session blending strength, cardio and endurance, led by expert coaches and designed for all levels. For those short on time, RevFlex 30 delivers a high-intensity, strength-based workout in just 30 minutes, providing maximum impact in a condensed format. In addition to its strength-focused workouts, RevStrong offers a nutrition coaching program where members can access one-on-one guidance from a nutritionist, personalized meal plans, macro-friendly recipes and ongoing accountability, all delivered through RevStrong’s partnership with Macrostax.
