With Jennifer Aniston front and center, Pvolve is pairing mindset support from Headspace with a New Year challenge built around consistency

Boutique fitness franchise Pvolve has kicked off a new campaign headlined by longtime Pvolve fan, brand partner and A-lister Jennifer Aniston, alongside a partnership with mental health app Headspace.

Dubbed “Worth It Every Time,” the campaign’s film drop offers a behind-the-scenes look at the internal tug-of-war Aniston herself faces, a familiar back-and-forth many experience before committing to a workout.

“People assume I’m always motivated, but that couldn’t be further from the truth,” Aniston said. “I have plenty of days where I don’t want to work out at all. What I’ve learned is that the conversation in your head is actually part of the work. You show up for yourself anyway, you move a little and then something shifts. You feel better. That feeling is what brings me back.”

In tandem with the campaign’s messaging and title, Aniston notes that Pvolve has helped her trust the process by making movement feel supportive rather than punishing.

“I know I’m doing something good for my body long-term and that makes showing up feel worth it every time,” she said.

The functional strength-training focused fitness brand is also launching a four-week challenge beginning Jan. 5, both in studio and online, focused on consistency and movement habits. Challenge participants are encouraged to complete four workouts per week, and those who finish all 16 workouts will receive a limited-edition Everything Pouch created exclusively for the campaign.

Pvolve’s clinically-backed training method is based on low-impact, resistance-based movement to build strength and lean muscle mass. Programming spans class formats such as Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn and Progressive Weight Training, which are offered in studios and via Pvolve’s on-demand streaming platform.

“The biggest shift I see — whether I’m training Jen or someone walking into Pvolve for the first time — happens before the workout even begins,” Pvolve head trainer and vice president of training Dani Coleman said. “It’s the negotiation in your head. My goal is to help people build both the mental and physical strength to move past that hesitation. When movement and mindset work together, something clicks. Consistency becomes natural, and a workout stops feeling like something you push through and starts feeling like something that truly supports your total-body health.”

To support the mental side of showing up, Pvolve has teamed up with Headspace as an everyday mental health companion. As part of the partnership, Pvolve members will receive 30 days of free access to the Headspace app, which offers guided meditations, stress-support tools and mindset resources.

“We all experience moments of hesitation before we move; that inner negotiation is human,” Headspace lead mindfulness meditation teacher Dora Kamau said. “What matters is having the tools to navigate that moment with intention. Through this partnership, Headspace and Pvolve are giving people support on both sides of the equation: the mental shift that gets you started, and the movement that reminds you why it’s worth it every time.”

The campaign builds on Aniston’s existing partnership with Pvolve, which has increasingly centered on strength and aging well. Last fall, the actress helped launch Pvolve’s Longevity Bundle, which features a selection of equipment such as the new Body Band, a resistance tool that increases load without traditional weights, along with a three-month streaming membership to Pvolve’s digital platform.

As of late last year, Pvolve had built a nearly 30-location studio footprint across the U.S. and Canada with more than 50 studios in development. More recently, the brand awarded franchise locations in Monterey, California, as well as two new studios in the Summerlin and Henderson neighborhoods of Nevada.
