Pure Barre, one of boutique fitness’ biggest names, just celebrated a quarter of a century, and it didn’t hold back.

The Xponential Fitness-owned franchise staged a massive simultaneous barre class in a one-time global event across more than 600 of its studios, with over 7,000 participants joining in, for its 25th anniversary.

The class was livestreamed on YouTube, accompanied by a New York City event that brought together influencers, exclusive anniversary merchandise, special pop-ups and products from brand partners like Haeskin sunscreen, G2G Protein Bars and Studs earrings.

“Pure Barre has pioneered the barre fitness space since its founding in 2001, and our community is one of the strongest and most passionate of any brand,” said Pure Barre president Katelyn DiGiorgio. “We wouldn’t want to celebrate this milestone without the incredible community that has championed Pure Barre for 25 years, so we are excited to bring everyone together both in person and virtually.”

Along with the global event, Pure Barre is celebrating its 25th anniversary with special offers and promotions for members and newcomers. Participating studios are offering a deal of two classes for just $25, and starting on June 26, 10-class packs will be 25% off.

The celebration arrives as Pure Barre has looked to boost its appeal across boutique formats, recently reintroducing a popular Pilates-inspired class that marries its signature low-impact technique with a more intentional workout designed to build strength, improve stability and enhance body awareness.
