Peloton Bikes Are Coming to Hilton Hotels in Canada, Europe

The connected fitness leader and hospitality giant are expanding their partnership to bring Peloton bikes to Hilton Hotels in new international markets.

Hilton guests visiting Canada, Puerto Rico, Germany and the U.K. are about to experience an enhanced wellness experience, as Peloton and Hilton have announced the expansion of their partnership to new international markets.

The expansion of the Peloton x Hilton partnership means that by summer, over 5,000 Hilton hotels will have at least one of Peloton’s signature Bikes in their fitness centers – a good idea, given that nearly 47% of travelers plan to prioritize physical wellness and access to fitness amenities or activities this year, according to Hilton’s 2023 Trends Report.

“We know that wellness is a top priority for travelers around the world and many want to take their routines with them while traveling. We have already delighted so many guests with Peloton Bikes in our fitness centers at hotels across the U.S. and are excited to expand upon our partnership to these new markets,” said Amanda Al-Masri, Hilton’s Vice President of Wellness.

“Whether they are seasoned members of the Peloton community or first-time riders, we are proud to provide guests with a holistic experience that meets them where they are in their own personal wellness journey,” she added.

Travelers to Canada, Puerto Rico, Germany and the U.K. will have access to Peloton’s connected fitness collection, including its popular instructors, allowing Hilton guests to work out while enjoying their hotel stay.

The expansion may attract new Peloton members, too, provided they are Hilton Honors members. First-time Peloton users and Hilton Honors members residing in Canada, Germany or the U.K. can sign up for a 90-day free trial of the Peloton App until July 4. They will also receive preferred pricing on select Peloton products.

“We constantly hear from our Peloton Members about the importance they place on maintaining their fitness regimen while traveling,” said Ryan Crabbe, Peloton’s Senior Director of Global Experience Design. “Working in partnership with Hilton to expand access to our Peloton Bike and extensive content was an organic next step for our business. Those unfamiliar with our platform can engage with Peloton for the first time while at a Hilton property, and our existing, loyal members are able to continue their routines on the go.”

The Hilton partnership’s expansion comes as Peloton has made resuming international growth a priority.

Peloton CEO Barry McCarthy stated in the most recent earnings call that the connected fitness company wants to expand into new territories but is unclear on a timeline.

“I would like to enter new countries, probably Western Europe first. But I don’t know when, and I don’t know how much we would spend doing it. And I hope to have the answer to those questions in the next three months, but we just don’t have it today,” McCarthy stated during February’s call to investors.
