The high-performance gym is looking to build out its engagement with London’s fitness community, leaning into community building and hybrid racing simulations

One LDN, a U.K.-based gym brand that has a partnership with Nike, is opening its first-ever funding round to fuel its expansion plans across London.

The operator is looking to raise funds for two new locations in London to meet growing demand among the consistent and loyal membership base it’s cultivated. The round also marks the first opportunity for external partners to invest early.

“It has long been our mission to democratise elite-level training for everyday athletes,” said One LDN founder Evgenia Koroleva.

“I’m incredibly proud to say that One LDN has now evolved into a fully integrated performance ecosystem that makes this possible,” Koroleva added. “By bringing together our club, recovery facilities and coaching teams as the physical backbone of our Unbeatable training products — from London’s biggest Hybrid Race Sims to our Nike-endorsed Unbeatable Crew — we’ve created a clear pathway for everyday athletes to train, recover and connect. This funding allows us to scale that impact and reach more people than ever before.”

One LDN was built around accessible, high-performance training within London’s growing fitness-focused community. Its gyms feature strength, conditioning and recovery classes daily, powered by elite coaches, as well as a leading Hyrox-style simulation that caters to exploding interest in hybrid-fitness racing.

That hybrid-fitness push emerged as a result of its strategic partnership with Nike which began last year, legitimizing the elite-level experience One LDN offers with big-brand credibility.

The brand has found particular success in capturing the business of Gen Z, a generation that’s increasingly prioritizing fitness and wellness spending as strength training takes off among younger consumers as well.

The operator is continuing to focus on London-based expansion, concentrating initial growth across the city to achieve faster momentum, stronger margins and tighter operational control to support future national expansion.
