The nutrition tracking app will serve as title partner of Hyrox Tampa while rolling out race-focused recipes and fueling content for the fast-growing hybrid fitness community

MyFitnessPal is making a bigger push into performance nutrition, partnering with Hyrox and Peloton instructor Robin Arzón as the fitness racing series continues its rapid global expansion.

The nutrition and food-tracking platform will serve as the official title partner of Hyrox Tampa, scheduled for Oct. 23-25, while introducing Hyrox-specific recipes and fueling resources inside the MyFitnessPal app.

The partnership gives MyFitnessPal a direct connection to a fast-growing community of hybrid athletes, with Hyrox expecting more than 2 million competitors across 107 events on six continents.

Hyrox races combine eight one-kilometer runs with eight functional workout stations, placing significant demands on both endurance and strength. MyFitnessPal is positioning nutrition as another part of that training equation.

“Hyrox athletes train hard and they train often, and MyFitnessPal understands that performance is built well before race day,” Hyrox co-founder and chief marketing officer Moritz Fürste said. “Partnering with MyFitnessPal gives our community a trusted way to connect their nutrition to their training.”

Arzón, Peloton’s vice president of fitness programming and head instructor, will also work with MyFitnessPal to share the nutrition strategies she uses during her own Hyrox training. Select recipes from her high-protein cookbook, “Eat to Hustle,” will be available free in the app alongside a new collection designed specifically for Hyrox athletes.

“I don’t have to think about what to eat anymore,” Arzón said. “MyFitnessPal tells me exactly what I need to fuel my body, taking the guesswork out of training so I can focus on the workout in front of me.”

Arzón has emerged as one of the more visible faces of Hyrox’s crossover into mainstream fitness. Peloton partnered with Hyrox last year to launch co-branded training content, with Arzón helping develop programming designed around the running, strength and functional movements athletes encounter on race day.

She previously told Athletech News that Hyrox-style training reflects a broader shift toward hybrid fitness.

“You can be a hybrid athlete, build capacity across the board, and still prepare for a competition that puts you to the test in an exciting way,” Arzón said.

The MyFitnessPal partnership extends that philosophy beyond workouts and into nutrition, as brands increasingly look to build products and services around the broader Hyrox training journey rather than race day alone.

MyFitnessPal says it has more than 280 million members globally and offers food tracking, personalized meal planning and integrations with more than 40 fitness platforms. The Hyrox and Arzón recipe collections will be available free to users for a limited time.
