The top Crunch franchisee plans to nearly double its portfolio through lease deals, acquisitions and operator partnerships, building on a 16-club base across key U.S. markets

Fit Fusion LLC, one of Crunch’s top franchisees, is rapidly expanding its footprint, eyeing 30 clubs by the end of 2026.

The company was founded just two years ago, with its fast-paced growth bolstered by strategic partnerships. This year’s ambitious goal would nearly double its current footprint of 16 locations across major markets like Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas and Cleveland with additional clubs planned across Nevada, Indiana, Illinois, Idaho, Colorado and Florida.

Fit Fusion’s strategy hinges upon a three-part growth plan: lease-driven expansion, strategic acquisitions and partnerships with legacy operators. The model paves the way for the company to scale efficiently while maintaining operational consistency and quality across markets.

Fit Fusion is among several Crunch franchisees seeking to scale its operations this year. CR Fitness Holdings, the largest Crunch franchise group, currently operates 93 Crunch Fitness locations across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas, with additional expansion underway in Arizona and other markets as it pushes to add more than 100 clubs over the next five years.

Last year, Crunch franchisee JF Fitness acquired four gyms in Mississippi and two in Florida, bringing its total to 33 and boosting its mission of 60 Crunch locations by 2028.
