The Restore Hyper Wellness co-founder’s longevity brand is expanding across the U.S. and into Mexico as it scales its franchise business

Humanaut Health is accelerating its expansion, announcing plans for six new longevity and regenerative medicine clinics across the U.S. and Mexico.

The Austin-based company, which currently operates three clinics, is planning new locations in Texas, California, Missouri and Utah, along with its first international outpost in Mexico City, expected to open in early 2027.

The expansion will bring Humanaut’s footprint to nine locations, assuming all six planned clinics open, as the company looks to capitalize on growing consumer interest in longevity, personalized healthcare and regenerative medicine.

Humanaut, which franchises some locations, plans to open clinics in Palm Desert, California, and Park City, Utah, this month, followed by San Antonio in January 2027 and Mexico City in early 2027. Construction is also expected to begin on locations in Houston and Kansas City in December.

“Our expansion is about far more than increasing our physical footprint — it’s about broadening access to transformative, data-backed longevity care,” said Jake Thiede, chief marketing officer of Humanaut Health.

“By pairing strict clinical rigor with world-class franchise partners, we are ensuring that every new location delivers the exact same elevated, life-changing experience our patients have come to expect from our flagship clinics,” he added.

Founded by a team that includes Jim Donnelly, co-founder of Restore Hyper Wellness, Humanaut opened its first clinic in Austin in 2024 before expanding to Dallas and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The company raised $8.7 million in seed funding in 2024 to support its clinic expansion, digital health offerings and franchise strategy.
