Anatomy To Open Its Largest Club Yet in South Florida

Set to open later this year, Anatomy’s Aventura club will span two floors, combining performance training, social wellness and recovery

Anatomy, an upscale health and wellness club that’s made its mark in South Florida, is expanding to Aventura with its fifth and biggest studio to date.

The two-story, 26,000-square-foot location is set to open later this year at The Esplanade Aventura, adjacent to Aventura Mall at 19505 Biscayne Blvd.

The new Aventura facility will feature two expansive cardio decks outfitted with Life Fitness, Woodway, StairMaster and Concept2 rowers and bikes. The strength floor spans two levels, stocked with Hammer Strength, Prime Equipment, Rogue, Booty Builder, Sorinex and stainless steel Watson dumbbells.

Specialized group training spaces will power Anatomy’s signature classes, from Training Camp and Booty Blast to The Gun Show, Metabolic Meltdown and Pilates: Burn. The club is also rolling out new programming, including Anatomy Sports Offering, a performance training platform, and Team Training, a small-group format built for measurable results. Members can also tap advanced body composition testing and lounge-style spaces for work and relaxation.

Beyond fitness, The Sanctuary, Anatomy’s most expansive recovery spaces yet, packs two hot plunges, two cold plunges, a sauna large enough for guided sessions, a eucalyptus steam room, cold showers and on-site VitaSquad IV therapy.

Anatomy has launched a pre-founding membership, which will activate when the Aventure club opens.
