Technogym Sees Strong Start to 2025

The Italian fitness leader is turning data into prescriptive health, giving Pilates equipment an eco-conscious edge and opening flagship retail stores with immersive experiences
Technogym kicked off 2025 with solid gains, reporting consolidated revenue of €215 million for the first quarter, an increase of 14.7% year over year and growth in its commercial and consumer segments, reflecting continued demand for its premium fitness equipment and digital solutions.
That momentum, Technogym chairman and CEO Nerio Alessandri says, is fueled by a broader shift toward wellness as a global priority.
“Following a double-digit growth in 2024, Technogym continues to grow also in the first quarter of 2025, delivering solid performance across all geographical regions,” Alessandri said. “In a global environment increasingly affected by sedentary lifestyles, unhealthy habits, pollution and technology overuse—factors that negatively impact public health—there is growing scientific consensus that physical exercise is the most effective solution for prevention and overall well-being. It enhances muscle mass, strength, and cardiovascular capacity. This trend aligns perfectly with Technogym’s long-standing mission: Exercise is Medicine.”

Other highlights from the quarter include the launch of Healthness, Technogym’s new strategic vision that leverages trillions of data points collected across its ecosystem and its investments in artificial intelligence to deliver prescriptive exercise programs personalized to each user’s health profile and goals.
Technogym is also capitalizing on the booming Pilates market with the development of the Technogym Reform, a premium reformer made from sustainable materials. The new offering is slated to roll out for both commercial entities and home fitness enthusiasts later this year.

At the same time, the company expanded its retail footprint in 2024, opening flagship boutiques in Paris, London and New York to further strengthen its global brand presence.
