The hybrid fitness competition is doubling down on brand partnerships as R.A.D. joins as official footwear sponsor for 2026 and 2027

One of the keys to growing fitness competitions to keep up with the hybrid racing boom is strategic partnerships. Rogue Fitness and R.A.D. have just solidified the latest deal, with the footwear brand becoming the official shoe partner for the annual competition.

The Rogue Invitational’s 2026 and 2027 competitions — its 8th and 9th annual events — will both feature a strong presence from R.A.D., in addition to the two unveiling a special collaborative shoe to mark the occasion.

While Rogue is the official equipment supplier of the CrossFit Games, USA Weightlifting, the Arnold Strongman Classic and the World’s Strongest Man competition, the brand has branched out to host its own games in Scotland that feature nine heavyweight events, including deadlifts, Viking presses, heavy dumbbell presses and more.

R.A.D. was born in the CrossFit space, often being sold at the competitions — but since its founding in 2019 it’s quickly expanded to collaborate with other events and brands including Gymshark.

The two fitness brands already have an established relationship, releasing a limited-edition co-branded version of R.A.D’s renowned training shoe, theOne V2 at the end of 2025.

“The Rogue Invitational is an iconic competition and one we are beyond proud to be a big part of for the next two years,” said R.A.D. founder Ben Massey.

“We have always celebrated our athletes taking part and connecting with the community at the event via our activations and workout sessions so are looking forward to doing this in an even bigger way this year and showing up in true R.A.D style,” he added.

As part of the collaboration, the two brands will also be adding $10 from every pair of R.A.D shoes sold on the Rogue Fitness site to the athlete prize purse for the competition.
