The Jennifer Aniston-affiliated boutique fitness brand continues to expand across the U.S., opening new studios in Seattle and Portland while signing franchise agreements in Pittsburgh and Albuquerque

Pvolve has reached a new franchising milestone, opening its 40th studio as the functional fitness brand continues to ride growing consumer demand for its low-impact, longevity-focused workouts.

The boutique fitness brand announced that it now operates 40 studios across the U.S. and Canada following the opening of new locations in Seattle and Portland, Oregon. Pvolve also awarded new franchise agreements in Pittsburgh and Albuquerque.

“I am so proud of the tremendous growth of our studios, but I am even more proud of the incredible network of franchise owners we’ve managed to engage,” Pvolve president Julie Cartwright said in a statement. “It’s a network comprised of smart operators who possess a deep passion for what we’re building.”

The newly opened Pacific Northwest studios are led by franchisees Beth Koehler in Seattle and Suzy Jackson in Portland. Meanwhile, health care executive Wendy Hipsky signed a franchise agreement to bring Pvolve to Pittsburgh, while entrepreneur Tish Ramirez will introduce the concept to Albuquerque.

Launched in 2017 by Rachel Katzman, Pvolve has increasingly differentiated itself in the crowded boutique fitness market by emphasizing functional movement and evidence-based programming. The brand says its workout method is clinically proven, a claim it has leaned into as consumers increasingly prioritize mobility, injury prevention and healthy aging.

Pvolve has also raised its profile through a high-profile partnership with actress Jennifer Aniston, who became an investor and spokesperson in 2023 after describing the workout method as “transformational.”

Pvolve said it has more than 40 additional studios currently in development across North America.
