Perspire Sauna Plans Large-Scale Expansion in Texas
The Lone Star State expansion is part of Perspire’s push to expand into major markets throughout the U.S.
Perspire Sauna Studio, a boutique wellness sauna franchise, is planning 15 locations in leading Texas cities.
The sauna brand specializing in full-spectrum infrared and red light therapy has seen an uptick in consumer interest in its offerings and has identified Texas as the perfect zone for its holistic approach to wellness.
“Texas has been a warm welcome for us,” said Lee Braun, founder and CEO of Perspire Sauna. “The state has been a big part of our national growth plan. We are committed to expanding our mission to ‘ignite the wellness within’ in the Lone Star State.”
Braun founded Perspire in 2010 and plans to expand into major markets throughout the U.S., having already awarded over 150 franchise agreements, with 42 studios open.
Perspire Sauna confirms four new studios will come to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, four to greater Austin, five to San Antonio and three to Houston. The expansion is part of single and multi-unit agreements from pre-existing franchisees as well as new franchisees, Perspire says.
Proponents of infrared saunas say it can have mood-boosting qualities, improves metabolism and may lower the risk of heart disease. Fitness centers such as 24 Hour Fitness, have begun integrating restorative offerings, like infrared saunas and cold plunges, into their amenities.
