The strength training app has just launched an integrated nutrition experience, Ladder Nutrition, to help members eat with intent, featuring food logging, macro insights and AI-powered personalization. The integration is available now to all Ladder members at no additional cost and is included in the 7-day trial for new users. “We know that success requires a plan — both in the gym and in the kitchen,” Ladder CEO Greg Stewart said. “Ladder has helped hundreds of thousands of members build strength and stay consistent with their workouts, and we’re now bringing that same structure and motivation to how they fuel their goals.” credit: Ladder Ladder Nutrition wasn’t just the next logical step for the platform, but also one that members had been requesting, Stewart said.
