The reformer Pilates franchise is giving members access to biomarker testing and physician-guided care as more fitness operators push into longevity

Bodybar Pilates is looking beyond the reformer as fitness operators increasingly connect their workout experiences with health diagnostics and longevity care.

The Pilates franchise has partnered with longevity platform Hone Health to give members access to biomarker testing and physician-guided care, launching the program at more than 40 Bodybar studios across California, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah and Colorado.

Participating Bodybar members will receive 20% off Hone testing and a Hone Premium Membership for their first year, which the companies value at up to $385. Hone members, meanwhile, will receive 15% off Bodybar’s Cheers or Speakeasy memberships for one year.

“Consumers increasingly see movement, metabolic health, hormones and recovery as interconnected parts of their health,” Hone Health co-founder and CEO Saad Alam said. “Bodybar Pilates has built an engaged community around strength and consistency. This partnership allows us to add a clinical layer to that experience, helping members understand what is happening inside their bodies and make more informed decisions about their long-term health.”

Through Hone Health, Bodybar members can undergo comprehensive biomarker testing and meet one-on-one with a licensed physician to review their results, symptoms, health history and goals. When appropriate, physicians can develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress over time.

The partnership will also include educational resources, member communications and community programming centered on movement, recovery, metabolic health and longevity.

Bodybar is the latest fitness operator to build a bridge between workouts and personalized healthcare as longevity services make their way deeper into the fitness industry.

It’s also not Hone’s first move into boutique fitness. In 2025, the longevity platform partnered with New York-based high-intensity training concept Tone House, giving Tone House clients discounted access to Hone memberships while offering Hone’s New York community access to the fitness brand’s training.

The Bodybar deal brings that strategy to a considerably larger studio network, with the partnership launching across more than 40 locations.

Other operators are experimenting with similar models. New York Sports Club partnered with Thrive earlier this year to connect members with services including biomarker testing, hormone and longevity care and weight-management treatments.

More recently, Nrthrn Strong partnered with Manhattan longevity clinic Extension Health to give members access to VO2 max testing and advanced diagnostics. The partnership is designed to let members establish a baseline, train and then retest to see how their cardiovascular fitness has changed.

While the services and structures differ, the partnerships point toward fitness operators playing a bigger role in connecting consumers with health data and clinical care without necessarily having to build medical infrastructure themselves.

For Bodybar, that means extending its strength and movement-focused approach beyond what happens inside the studio.

“At Bodybar Pilates, we believe everyone has an inner athlete, and our goal is to create a space where people can discover just how strong they really are — real strength for real life, without the intimidation,” Bodybar president, chief brand officer and co-founder Kamille McCollum said. “Our partnership with Hone extends that mindset beyond the studio, giving members deeper insight into their health, recovery and performance.”

The deal comes as Bodybar continues to grow its footprint. The franchise opened its 100th studio earlier this year, following a period of rapid expansion across the U.S.
