Adidas and model Karlie Kloss have collaborated once more – this time to create a new collection that features QR codes and combines the love of design, fashion, sports, and tech

Kloss, who founded Kode with Klossy, a free coding program for girls, modeled some of the modern athletic performance pieces.

The new Adidas x Karlie Kloss collection includes 17 apparel pieces, three footwear options, and two tote bags, and are crafted in part with re-imagined plastic waste from Parley Ocean Plastic. Kloss, a passionate supporter of clean oceans, shared her take on the environmental impact of fashion on Instagram.

“I’ve spent half of my life at this point in the fashion industry. I’ve seen the impact it’s had on our oceans,” she shared in a post promoting her partnership with Adidas and Parley.

A pixel-patterned seamless long sleeve knit crop top, $60, and a pink loose-fitting Bomber jacket, $100, are two stand-out pieces in the AEROREADY fabric collection. Other pieces offered include cropped tees, an oversize vest, sweatshirts, pants, and shorts in earthy colors. X9000 running sneakers, $140, are offered in four different colors.

“The next generation of young adults are passionate about wellbeing and being active. That passion is the inspiration for this 22-piece collection which combines style with functionality for versatile looks that can be worn every day, no matter the occasion. My favorite part about the collection though is how it combines my love for fashion and technology with a special QR code that allows people to explore the inspirations behind this collection. I’m so fascinated by the ways in which fashion and technology can intersect; I truly believe it is the future of fashion,” Kloss shared.
