Ultimate Wellness Sunday Returns to Pembroke Pines

An all-ages-welcome outdoor fitness and wellness event is scheduled for this weekend at the Shops at Pembroke Gardens
The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, in Pembroke Pines, Florida, is once again hosting Ultimate Wellness Sunday, an all-ages-welcome outdoor fitness event powered by Nike, on January 18.
The event – which attracted over 300 attendees last year – offers high-energy workouts such as Socacize and Zumba with @GabyZumbaFit, a yoga cool-down session and wellness activities. Breakfast bites and refreshments will be available, as well as raffle giveaways from Nike, Sephora, Kendra Scott and MESPA.
Check-in for Ultimate Wellness Sunday begins at 8 a.m. and runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Reservations are required for the fitness sessions.
