The Brady Protocol, a 30-minute deep-tissue massage, is available today across Aescape’s network of AI-powered robotic massage tables, with sessions starting at $39. The treatment draws on the recovery practices Brady prioritized throughout his NFL career. The launch comes just over a year after Aescape acquired the exclusive rights to Brady’s recovery and pliability protocols and named him chief innovation officer. The seven-time Super Bowl champion is also an investor in the company. “Consistent bodywork is one of the most important things you can do to take care of yourself,” Brady said. “It was a huge part of how I prepared, recovered, and came back ready to compete week after week.” Inside the Brady Protocol The Brady Protocol targets the posterior chain, from the calves through the upper back and trapezius muscles, with a focus on addressing accumulated muscle tension. Aescape’s technology uses AI-powered body mapping and robotics to tailor treatments to users’ proportions, while allowing users to adjust massage pressure throughout the session. Brady worked with a team of licensed therapists and trainers over the past year to develop the protocol, helping shape the pressure, speed, sequence and placement of individual strokes, according to Aescape. “We went through every detail – the pressure, the speed, the sequence, where each stroke lands,” Brady said. “We kept working at it until it felt like the work I’ve relied on for years.” The treatment draws on Brady’s longtime work with body coach Alex Guerrero, who helped develop the muscle pliability philosophy that became a central part of his training and recovery routine. Aescape Builds on Its Recovery Partnerships In July, Aescape partnered with Equinox to introduce a series of pre- and post-workout robotic massage sessions developed with the luxury fitness operator’s coaches. Available at more than 50 Equinox clubs, the treatments target specific workouts, including running, strength training, HIIT, yoga and Pilates. Aescape’s technology is also available through fitness, hospitality and wellness partners including Life Time, Massage Envy, Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons and Remedy Place. The new Brady offering comes at a pivotal time for Aescape, following financial challenges earlier this year. In May, Aescape’s original corporate entity had entered insolvency proceedings with more than $150 million in unsecured debt. Its assets, including its technology, intellectual property and partner agreements, were transferred to a new operating company, Aescape Recovery. New CEO Frank Britt subsequently told ATN that the company was moving forward under a revised capital structure and business model, pointing to strong customer satisfaction and repeat usage. Under Britt, Aescape has continued launching new programming and expanding its partnerships. In September, Brady reaffirmed his involvement with the company, announcing plans to appear at the Eudemonia Summit in November, where attendees were expected to get an early look at the recovery experience he had been developing. The Brady Protocol is now available across Aescape’s network, including participating fitness clubs, hotels and wellness destinations. Sessions start at $39, with pricing varying by location.
