Peloton will pay a $19 million fine because it failed to immediately report safety hazard with Tread+ & distributed recalled treadmills.
Peloton consumers have until November 6, 2023, to request a refund on the company's recalled Tread+ or move it to another room in the house.
The recall impacts Fitbit’s Ionic watches and consumers are advised to immediately stop using the smartwatches and contact Fitbit.
The Matrix Fitness treadmills included in the recall are T1X, T1xe, T3x, and T3xh, which were manufactured from January 2009 to January 2018.
