Remedy Place Launches First-Ever Wellness Retreat

As retreats gain momentum with wellness travelers, Remedy Place is bringing its upscale social wellness concept to Scorpios Bodrum in Turkey, featuring Fire & Ice Resilience Ceremonies, group breathwork and restorative therapies

Luxury hotel Scorpios Bodrum and upscale social wellness club Remedy Place are partnering to launch Aegean Awakening, a six-day wellness retreat centered on some of the top wellness travel trends of 2025: movement, longevity and community.

Just as Remedy Place emphasizes the role of social interaction in health at its wellness clubs in Los Angeles, New York and its recently opened Boston location, the retreat will similarly focus on communal therapies, such as group breathwork, infrared sauna sessions, cold exposure therapy and mobility rituals.

Aegean Awakening will take place September 9–14 at Scorpios’ newer Bodrum property in Turkey and will be led by guest practitioner Dr. Jonathan Leary, founder and CEO of Remedy Place.

Sleep optimization and hydration-focused protocols – such as IV infusions with NAD+ and vitamin C – are also planned, along with Fire & Ice Resilience Ceremonies. The property features an infinity pool, an herbal bar, a communal gathering space and 12 bungalows, each with a private pool and views of the Aegean Sea.

In addition to its expansion into wellness tourism, Remedy Place has launched Meridian, a new program offering quarterly biomarker testing and personalized wellness plans. 

Retreat packages start at €11,500 per person, with options for single and double occupancy.

Industry forecasts project that the global wellness retreat market will grow to $622.7 billion by 2035, as consumers shift from booking leisure-focused getaways to seeking transformative health and wellness experiences.
