Remedy Place Unveils Meridian: A Personalized, Data-Driven Approach to Self-Care

Remedy Place Meridian
The Social Wellness Club’s new program provides quarterly biomarker testing and individualized plans aimed at making self-care measurable, adaptive and rooted in real data

Remedy Place, the Social Wellness Club known for blending health optimization with hospitality, has introduced a new program called Meridian that brings more structure and accountability to modern self-care. The program offers participants individualized wellness plans informed by in-depth testing and guided by a dedicated Program Liaison to help people understand their current health status and improve it over time.

At the core of Meridian is a personalized quarterly roadmap built on a comprehensive profile of up to 600 biomarkers. Guests begin by completing a lifestyle questionnaire and undergoing a series of tests that evaluate everything from oxygen utilization and resting metabolism to range of motion, cognitive function and nutrient levels. The findings are then used to design a customized routine that fits into each participant’s lifestyle.

In addition to self-care routines and training plans, participants receive personalized supplements based on their quarterly bloodwork. The supplements, formulated in Switzerland, are adjusted over time to reflect ongoing results. Each quarter, members are retested, allowing them to track measurable progress and update their plans accordingly.

The program also offers optional add-ons. These include whole-body MRI scans through Prenuvo, which can identify early signs of disease and functional medicine testing to assess gut health, food sensitivities and other systemic factors.

According to Dr. Jonathan Leary, CEO and Founder of Remedy Place, the program is meant to address a critical gap in personal health education. “Your body is your number one asset and most people don’t even know how it works, never mind how to take care of it,” he said. “Meridian is designed to offer a real plan, grounded in evidence, to support sustainable, long-term health.”
