The residents-only club will bring tennis, padel and pickleball programming to the luxury West Palm Beach development

Related Ross is betting on racquet sports as a centerpiece of luxury residential wellness.

The real estate developer has partnered with Set Point Tennis to create a residents-only racquet club at Edgeworth, its forthcoming waterfront condominium development in downtown West Palm Beach. Scheduled to open in 2029, the club will offer tennis, padel and pickleball programming alongside private instruction, clinics, social play, competitive events and junior development.

The partnership reflects a broader shift in luxury real estate, where fitness and wellness amenities are increasingly expected to foster community rather than simply occupy space.

“West Palm Beach is attracting a generation of residents who are prioritizing longevity and lifestyle as key factors driving their decision on where they want to live,” said Bryan Cho, executive vice president and head of residential development at Related Ross.

Cho added that the Set Point partnership will bring elite coaching, curated programming and a community-building component to the development.

Founded as a racquet sports lifestyle brand, Set Point Tennis operates locations in East Hampton and West Palm Beach. At Edgeworth, the company will oversee a dedicated pro shop offering equipment demos, on-site stringing, grip customization and racquet rentals, while helping shape the club’s instructional and social programming.

“Racquet sports have become one of the defining lifestyle movements in residential communities, but what we’re creating at Edgeworth goes beyond traditional amenity programming,” Set Point Tennis co-founder and CEO Lisa Herbert Winter said.

Winter described the concept as a residential environment built around sport and connection, supported by personalized racquet concierge services and professional instruction.

Racquet sports have become an increasingly powerful draw for fitness operators, hospitality brands and real estate developers. Pickleball’s rapid rise has expanded participation, while padel continues to attract investment as clubs race to meet demand for more social and experience-driven forms of exercise. Tennis, meanwhile, remains a cornerstone of premium residential and hospitality offerings.

The racquet club will sit within Edgeworth’s larger wellness and lifestyle ecosystem. Located at 1155 South Flagler Drive, the development will comprise two 28-story towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean.

Additional details about the Edgeworth racquet club and its programming are expected to be announced ahead of the development’s 2029 opening.
