The Colorado-based YMCA organization has signed an agreement to roll out Inspire360 Club across all its locations beginning Nov. 1, giving trainers access to continuing education, specialty certifications and career development resources. The first 12 months of the platform will be covered by Inspire360 through its recently launched YMCA education grant program. Through the partnership, Pikes Peak YMCA trainers will have access to courses and certifications from organizations including the American Council on Exercise (ACE), TRX, Exos and Functional Movement Systems (FMS). The platform will also allow YMCA leaders to track employee learning, verify certifications and create more consistent professional development pathways across locations. “For us, this is an absolute no-brainer,” said Jeremy Strom, executive director of integrated health and wellness at the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region. “The combination of high-quality education, career development pathways, certifications, centralized tracking and access to organizations like ACE, TRX, EXOS, FMS and others aligns incredibly well with where we believe Healthy Living and fitness professional development need to go within the Y.” The agreement follows Inspire360’s September launch of its Education Grant for YMCAs, which provides selected YMCA organizations with six to 12 months of free access to Inspire360 Club. The platform features a continuing education library valued at $16,000 per trainer, with courses spanning strength training, mobility, program design, weight management, sales and member engagement. Inspire360 is positioning the initiative as a way for YMCAs to strengthen coaching quality, support employee retention and make professional development more accessible without adding immediate pressure to training budgets. “We’ve made a massive commitment to the YMCA community, with a clear ambition: bring the very best education to every YMCA and every one of their trainers,” Inspire360 vice president of partnerships Ravi Sharma said. The grant program is funded by Inspire360, with applications open through Nov. 1.
