P90X Creator Tony Horton Debuts Longevity-Driven Program on BODi

As BODi transforms its brand and business, Horton returns with “The Power of 4,” a holistic fitness system built for healthspan. The new program stands in stark contrast to the intense nature of P90X

At-home fitness pioneer Tony Horton now says “bring it” to longevity and wants you to keep it going for life.

The P90X creator has teamed with BODi (formerly Beachbody) to launch “The Power of 4,” a 90-day program centered on strength, nutrition, supplementation and mindfulness, a blueprint he says is about long-term vitality rather than short-term transformation.

Horton’s workouts range from 10 to 70 minutes, mixing strength, plyometrics, yoga and more with adjustable “Power Ups” and “Power Downs” to match daily energy levels. A “Stop Options” feature allows participants to end workouts early, offering flexibility for those short on time but still committed.

“After 30 years in the industry, I’ve seen why many people struggle,” Horton said. “Programs that only push cardio, lifting or dieting often leave them burned out and back where they started. The Power of 4 changes that. By uniting fitness, nutrition, supplements and mindfulness into one sustainable system, it builds lasting strength, energy and resilience at any age.”

Carl Daikeler, BODi’s CEO and co-founder, said the partnership reflects the evolution of fitness.

“The Power of 4 is a blueprint for living stronger and healthier,” Daikeler said. “Tony has once again proven why he’s one of the most influential voices in fitness, creating a system that meets people where they are and helps them get results by integrating easy-to-follow habits across every dimension of their health.”

The release comes as BODi expands its ecosystem with Super Trainer Subscriptions, a $9.99/month option that gives fans direct access to content from stars like Autumn Calabrese and Shaun T. Meanwhile, a new $19 monthly plan opens the company’s full library of 140+ fitness and nutrition programs.

The Power of 4 lands during what BODi calls a year of transformation amid stock-market difficulties. The at-home fitness and nutrition company voluntarily moved its stock listing from the New York Stock Exchange to Nasdaq in September, now trading under the ticker BODI. The shift followed a compliance warning earlier in the year and follows a $25 million loan from Tiger Finance.

The company’s transformation spans every corner of its business. This fall, BODi expanded into women’s hormonal health with Belle Vitale, launched Track Pilates and introduced new vegan Shakeology flavors, as well as 25 Minute Speed Train, a quick-hit strength program. It’s also rolling out retail distribution for Shakeology and preparing P90X- and Insanity-branded nutrition lines for 2026, each tied to new digital fitness programs.
