Life Time Launches Free Everyday Well Challenge

A membership to Life Time may be out of reach financially for many, but the luxury athletic country club operator continues democratizing fitness and wellness with several complimentary offerings on its app
Life Time has launched a four-week Everyday Well Challenge on its Life Time app as a free way to jumpstart a health and wellness routine without the rigidity.
The challenge runs through February 28 and is open to everyone.
“People are looking for simple, manageable ways to feel better daily without the overwhelming feeling of a complete lifestyle overhaul,” said Jessie Syfko, vice president of group training and studio classes at Life Time. “With ever-changing trendy fitness topics on social media, it has become confusing what makes sense anymore. The Everyday Well Challenge was created with this in mind by delivering clear, actionable steps designed to fit into a busy, real life.”
Everyday Well Challenge participants can expect the following week-by-week, according to the luxury country club operator:
- Week 1: Reset Your Daily Rhythms: Start fresh in the challenge by focusing on hydration and resetting foundational habits to feel better each day
- Week 2: Master Your Morning Momentum: Unlock the benefits of strategic recovery and discover how quality rest restores your body and mind
- Week 3: Maximize Your Energy With Mindful Nourishment: Learn how nutrition — specifically sufficient protein intake — can fuel sustained energy
- Week 4: Micro Moments, Lasting Legacy: Incorporate mindful movement and intentional self-care practices for long-term well-being and stress reduction

Those who participate in the journey also gain access to on-demand video content and tools and can explore other features within the Life Time app, such as complimentary access to 100 new on-demand, instructor-led classes, immersive meditation sessions and breathing practices, trackable health programs (including a 12-week half marathon training plan perfect for preparing for one of Life Time’s 2025 athletic events), editorial content, podcasts, products in the LT Shop and L.AI.C, Life Time’s new AI companion.
Life Time debuted L.AI.C last January following a partnership with Microsoft. While the initial iteration is meant to answer basic questions regarding club descriptions, hours and offerings, the long-term goal is to have L.AI.C. trained to offer personalized class suggestions, tailored workout programs and answers to wellness-related questions. As of now, the AI companion is only available for Life Time members, but a broader rollout is in the works.
“AI advancements are unstoppable, and we’re embracing this opportunity to provide our members with experiences that will only get better and better – just as we have committed from the start,” Life Time founder and CEO Bahram Akradi said at the time.
Last spring, Life Time made its app widely available to non-members and has been committed to adding fresh new content, like fitness programming. While the brand is certainly driving attention to its app, the luxury athletic country club operator remains focused on enhancing the member experience within its clubs, recently announcing it is adding cold plunges to more than 70 of its clubs by this summer.
