FitActive has partnered with Zing Coach to roll out personalized AI coaching across its network of 192 clubs, bringing the technology to more than 500,000 members and supporting over 2,000 personal trainers. The rollout began this week with FitActive staff, with members set to gain access over the coming weeks, according to a LinkedIn post from Zing Coach CEO Anton Marchanka. Zing Coach’s technology will be integrated directly into FitActive’s existing app, allowing members to access AI coaching without downloading another app or creating a new account. The integration will give FitActive members personalized workout plans and guidance on nutrition and recovery, with recommendations that adapt to their individual goals and progress. The technology is designed to support members whether they’re training inside a FitActive club, working out at home or exercising independently. The agreement marks another major commercial partnership for Zing Coach, which has increasingly positioned its AI technology as a tool for gym operators looking to improve personalization and member engagement. In the U.S., earlier this year, Zing Coach partnered with New York Sports Club to launch Myco, an AI-powered coaching platform offering personalized workouts, progress tracking, fitness assessments and nutrition guidance. That offering, which launched in April, was priced at $15 per month following a free 30-day trial, separate from NYSC membership dues. The FitActive deployment takes a different approach, embedding Zing Coach’s technology directly into the gym chain’s branded app rather than requiring members to use a separate platform. The companies haven’t disclosed whether FitActive members will pay an additional fee for the service.
