ISSA CEO Andrew Wyant Named Winner in 2022 CEO World Awards
Wyant was recognized for Best in Class Leadership, Organizational Performance, and Innovation
Andrew Wyant, the CEO of the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), has been named a winner in the Globee 2022 CEO World Awards.
Wyant was recognized for driving change around the world in the area of Education and Training. The Globee Business Awards acknowledges CEOs, C-Level executives, and professionals for setting industry benchmarks.
ISSA CFO Rachael Cordova said on the occasion, “At ISSA we take pride in the successes our leadership has collaboratively guided us toward in the education of health and fitness professionals.”
She added, “I think our accomplishments can be attributed to a clearly defined direction and the strength and dedication of our team as a whole, and we are excited to be globally recognized with Andrew Wyant at the helm.”
ISSA recently launched a health coach certification, with Andrew Wyant saying that the importance of health coaches is coming to the fore because risks of obesity and diseases have become clearer following COVID and since there is no one approach for everyone. The wellness coaching industry is expected to reach $8.87 billion by 2025.
The association has also acquired the Functional Aging Institute to provide education toward training mature clients.
Wyant commented, “This award goes to our entire staff. It is our mission to bring healthy living to everybody in the world via our education and community and we do this through solid teamwork and relentless drive. This award further validates that commitment.”
