The AI-driven wellness technology brand leverages user insights to fuel its products, guiding consumers on their wellness journeys. “Real time data tells you how you’re performing day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month and even longer,” said Rab Shanableh, OxeFit’s CEO. “If you have constant data feedback, where AI is not only driving the recommended training protocol but giving you the results in your progress, chances are, you’re going to stick to it.” OxeFit technology deployments across professional sports, physical therapy, public safety and longevity clinics positioned the company to enrich its AI data models to drive, in real time, the overall consumer wellness journey A Deeper Assessment OxeFit’s OxeAI product helps users better understand and develop any areas of weakness. Individuals using OxeAI start with an assessment, which takes them through five core movements. Based on that information plus their wellness background, medical/injury history and goals, OxeAI creates a personalized training protocol. OxeFit claims its platform is more comprehensive than any other connected fitness platform or tracking system. It goes beyond counting reps, tracking weight or timing cardio sessions. OxeAI evaluates 50 inputs of data, at 30 times per second, including power, range of motion, velocity, form and balance. The latter is a vital metric that Shanableh argues is often underappreciated. “Balance is the fundamental thing a lot of the solutions out there totally miss,” Shanableh said. “We look at static and dynamic balance, so not only the balance under your feet, but also how your body sways as you move. That’s fundamental to training, recovery and injury prediction.” Rab Shanableh (credit: OxeFit) An Ongoing Journey OxeFit’s clients include the Dallas Cowboys organization, players Dak Prescott and Dez Bryant, as well as other athletes like Harry Kane and Dustin Johnson. These athletes rely on OxeFit to understand their health and fitness to deliver personalized insights and solutions. Beyond the initial assessment, OxeAI continues to take in new data points with each workout, adjusting training plans and goals as users progress. “Data shapes the journey,” Shanableh said. “It’s not just that we’ve built AI labeled data models over time that no one in our space comes close to, but also that the data does not stop. The deciphering does not stop. It’s an ongoing journey. We continue to adapt to you along the way.” credit: OxeFit That allows users to feel confident in the system, concentrate solely on their bodies and progress effectively over time. “Think of OxeAI as the autopilot of an EV car that is human performance,” Shanableh went on. “We become your trusted entity for anything that has to do with your wellness journey.” Going to Market OxeFit is focused on bringing its smart equipment and AI engine directly to business and consumer verticals. The company is now expanding beyond its popular XS1 and XP1 platforms to launch OxeAI to the broader wellness market. “OxeFit continues to develop new AI user assessments and data science algorithms, which will serve as an additional rich source of highly valuable AI labeled data,” Shanableh said. “As the customer base and range of customer verticals grow, OxeFit benefits from a strong data effect. This positions OxeAI to be your personal autopilot to provide personalized solutions and wellness plans to address a wide array of user needs and questions.” Over time, the new verticals will only sharpen and become more effective as it amasses new data. “We’ll continue to beef up these algorithms and these assessments, which get integrated into the devices and OxeAI Chat/App,” Shanableh said. “We now have enough data across users and verticals that we will be able to help any consumer get to their ultimate goal.” credit: OxeFit Consumer Behavior Brings Opportunity As OxeFit continues to leverage its technology with new data, the brand sees additional opportunities to leverage its scientific approach. Shanableh noted the intersection of strength training and physical therapy is of particular interest today. “You can’t walk into a place and not think about strength training and PT at the same time,” Shanableh said. “People are getting into longevity at a much younger age. I think this an opportunity for us because we are the only science-based solution versus just a consumer offering, so we’re positioned well.” Shanableh says people are looking for real insights rather than just a standard, 30-minute training session, and OxeFit is first in line to deliver them. “Consumers want results they can actually feel,” he added. “OxeFit Agentic AI models create direct support that adapts and helps people follow through and see real change. The data reflects that shift. We’ve built OxeAI to meet that moment. We’re in a strong growth cycle driven by measurable outcomes and we are leading where this category goes next.” This article originally appeared in ATN’s Health Tech Revolution Report 2025: Inside the Future of Personalized Fitness & Wellness, which examines the trends shaping the future of fitness and wellness, and what they mean for operators, investors and brands navigating a rapidly evolving market.
