The California-based hot yoga brand offers Yoga Teacher Trainings

Hot yoga brand Hot 8 Yoga has opened its 14th studio in California’s Marina District this week, welcoming yoga practitioners of all levels and aspiring yoga teachers.

Hot 8 Yoga offers six hot classes, including barre, sculpt, power vinyasa, hot power fusion, 26 & 2, and yin. Post-yoga, members are offered chilled eucalyptus-infused face towels. Proponents of hot yoga say the heated practice can improve flexibility, cardiovascular health, and mental health.

“After over five years of looking for a location in the Marina District, we landed on the perfect spot,” Hot 8 Yoga’s founder and CEO Vincent Nicolleta said. “We are heated up and ready to go! We can’t wait to be a part of the Marina community.”

While 13 of Hot 8 Yoga’s studios are located in California, one recently opened on the East Coast in Brooklyn, New York. The hot yoga brand touts an advanced heating system that reaches up to 110°F degrees, UV-C lights to eliminate bacteria and viruses, and a supportive space for members.

“Bringing Hot 8 Yoga to the Marina is truly a dream come true,” Hot 8 Yoga Marina District’s studio manager, Emily Fabian, said. “We’re thrilled to bring the magic of Hot 8 to this incredible community and be a “third place” for people to come together and find their flow, build strength, and feel connected.”

The new San Francisco yoga studio is currently offering a 15% discount for founding memberships and welcome weeks for new members.
