Powered by an AI fitness coach, Flykitt Fit lets travelers visually scan any gym to instantly generate a custom workout based on available equipment and offers expert guidance on form and technique. After taking photos of the gym, app users answer questions about their fitness experience, goals and amount of time available. Workouts are then customized based on workout type (strength, HIIT, mobility, travel recovery), energy levels, sore muscles and environment.
