Form50 Brings Its Pink-Lit ‘Pilates Redefined’ Experience to Boca Raton

Form50’s sculpting sessions and signature FORMFormer machines are giving Boca a boutique fitness glow-up

Form50, an upscale boutique strength training workout known for its club-like atmosphere, will open its fifth studio July 7 in East Boca Raton, Florida.

The standalone studio at 520 Forsyth Street will feature 14 of the brand’s proprietary FORMFormer machines and offer on-site parking, a rare convenience in the area.

Founded in 2018 by Monica Marder, Form50 combines strength and cardio intervals in classes choreographed to music and lit with signature pink lighting. The brand has attracted a celebrity and athlete following, with clients including Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner, Alix Earle and NFL players Matt Dickerson and Abner Logan.

Form50’s class lineup caters to all levels, from first-timers to seasoned regulars. Newcomers can start with Form Your Foundation, an introductory class focused on mastering the brand’s core movements. The signature Total Body Sculpt class blends strength training, cardio and balance work for a full-body burn, while Form50 Pro is meant for advanced clients who know their way around the custom FORMFormer machine. For recovery, Stretch & Flow offers a slower-paced session to help recharge the body and refocus the mind.

“After seven incredible years building our community in New York City and Miami, expanding to Boca Raton was a natural next step,” said Marder, founder and CEO of Form50. “After moving from Miami to Boca Raton in August 2024, I quickly realized this city needed a Form50. This location captures everything we stand for: bold energy and thoughtful design. It’s where luxury meets performance. I can’t wait for the Boca community to experience the Form50 magic.”
