C+A Global, a New Jersey-based consumer product retailer, has acquired Power Systems and Dynamax, two suppliers of fitness and athletic performance equipment.

The move follows C+A’s deal to secure Saris Cycling Group in 2022 and complements Invacare, a mobility solutions brand within its fold.

“This acquisition reflects our ongoing commitment to growing in the health and fitness categories,” C+A Global CEO Chaim Piekarski said. “With Power Systems and Dynamax joining our portfolio, we’re excited to leverage our extensive resources and expertise to elevate these brands while continuing to deliver the exceptional quality and service their customers have come to expect.”

Jason Eason, General Manager of Power Systems, noted that the acquisition will advance the brand of commercial-grade fitness equipment.
