Burn Boot Camp Awards 600th Location

Burn Boot Camp is reflecting on several milestones as it enters its 44th state
Burn Boot Camp has awarded its 600th location in Logan, Utah, on the heels of its seventh consecutive appearance on the 2025 Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list.
The group fitness brand, known for its engaging, 45-minute high-energy workouts, now operates 600 locations and offers its franchisees various “add-ons” that enhance both the business and member experience, such as nutrition supplements, activewear, Burn Boot Camp Meals and the Burn Boot Camp app, which features Burn On Demand.
Burn Boot Camp also recently announced its entry into its 44th state with an upcoming location in Spokane Valley, Washington. The news follows a solid 2024 for the boutique fitness franchise, having forged a multi-year partnership with Olympic gold medalist Missy Franklin as part of its Brand Champion program.

“These exciting milestones further solidify our position as a leader in the fitness industry,” Burn Boot Camp CEO Morgan Kline said. “It reflects the incredible dedication of our franchise partners, trainers, staff, and, most importantly, our members, who continue to inspire and push us forward every single day. This is just the beginning of what’s to come for the brand in 2025.”
Kline founded the popular group fitness concept with her husband, Devan, in 2012, transforming the brand from its humble beginnings in a parking lot into a community-focused boutique fitness leader. Burn Boot Camp says its mature gyms averaged 567 members in 2023 and have a strong average unit volume (AUV), resonating with members for its holistic fitness and wellness approach.
The fitness franchise prides itself on many things, such as its expertly crafted and results-driven programming.

“We have never done the same workout twice,” Kline told Athletech News last year. “We are really proud of the program that we’ve put together. We built this program and this protocol with intention to make sure we can scale the experience to hundreds of gyms across the country.”

Aspiring Burn Boot Camp franchise partners require a $249,375 to $573,679 investment, with special incentives for military veterans and multi-unit deals.
