The hot yoga and wellness brand secures a spot in the luxury residential tower, joining Revel and Solidcore

Raleigh-founded Dose Yoga + Smoothie Bar has just signed a lease for the luxury residential tower The Novus, located in downtown Durham, North Carolina, joining indoor cycling brand Revel and Solidcore.

The hot yoga studio’s debut at The Novus marks its first location in Durham, where it will offer curated classes, contrast therapy, smoothies and healthy foods for residents and the local community.

“Dose Yoga + Smoothie Bar brings a transformative new offering to The Novus and its wellness-forward retail, blending movement, mindfulness and nutrition in one space,” said Austin Hills of Austin Lawrence Partners, a private real estate firm involved in the deal, along with Global Holdings. “Its presence further enhances the building’s lifestyle, providing both residents and the broader Durham community with a meaningful place to recharge and connect.”

Emily Coules, founder of Dose Yoga + Smoothie Bar, said she is excited to bring Dose to Durham as a local female entrepreneur.

“We’ve built something really special in Raleigh, a space where people can move, connect, and prioritize their well-being in a welcoming, elevated environment,” Coules said. “Expanding to Durham, a city known for its vibrant culture and strong sense of community, feels like the perfect next step. We can’t wait to share the Dose experience with the Triangle in an even bigger way.”
