The wearable tracks more than 50 health metrics across sleep, activity, heart activity, stress and metabolic data. It’s a great investment for someone who has never worn an Oura and wants the best health wearable on the market, or for existing wearers looking to replace their thicker previous model with a more comfortable silhouette.
