Perspire Sauna Studio Expands in South Florida
The infrared sauna and red-light therapy franchise says the Sunshine State has been one of the most active markets fueling its growth
It’s about to get even hotter in Palm Beach County.
Perspire Sauna Studio, an infrared sauna and red-light therapy franchise, is headed to South Florida following a three-studio agreement deal with two Palm Beach entrepreneurs to bring Perspire Sauna to Palm Beach Gardens, Delray Beach and Wellington.
“The physical and mental health benefits that stem from regular use of infrared saunas have helped Perspire grow rapidly throughout the country,” Perspire Sauna Studio founder and CEO Lee Braun said. “Florida has been one of the most active markets fueling that growth, and this latest agreement to continue the brand’s development there is a testament to that. Soon, an entirely new population of consumers will be able to reap the benefits of our proprietary infrared and red-light technology, whether they are looking to supplement their existing fitness routine or adopt a scientifically backed alternative.”
Perspire Sauna Studio’s Sarasota and Winter Park locations recently implemented Perspire’s SNØ Shower technology, a proprietary contrast therapy modality unique to the sauna franchise. The SNØ Shower experience delivers a 45-degree rainfall shower using the Silient cold water chiller system, offering the benefit of a cold plunge within the sauna experience.
After surveying 40,000 Perspire Sauna guests and members who expressed interest in contrast therapy, the sauna franchise decided to pursue the cold therapy modality. Half of Perspire Sauna’s franchise studios nationwide will provide the cold therapy service by the end of 2025.
In addition to Florida, a multi-unit agreement will bring three Perspire Sauna Studio locations to the Austin Metro area. The sauna franchise also signed four separate development agreements to bring the infrared and red-light therapy brand to New Jersey.
As Perspire Sauna Studio continues to scale, the franchisor is currently seeking single and multi-unit franchisees.
