By leveraging advanced image recognition and natural language processing technology to overcome these barriers, the Multimodal Tracker helps individuals make healthier choices and build sustainable, long-term health habits.” The advanced new feature is capable of logging even the most complex dishes with its image recognition and can scan barcodes for nutritional information within seconds. An option still exists to manually log entries or specifics of a snack or meal. So far, Lifesum says its latest tool has demonstrated higher retention and strong user engagement, as well as goal completion. “The exponential growth of the wellness sector opens up exciting opportunities for Lifesum to broaden its offerings, introducing new health services focused on prevention and personalization, as well as innovative products and services to meet evolving consumer needs,” Hansson added. Last year, Lifesum acquired Lykon, a biomarker-based personalized nutrition company, so users could validate their health via at-home biomarker testing, ensuring they are staying on track and maintaining healthy habits.
