Life Time’s acquisition of HPLT brings retreats, fitness challenges and personal development to its high-end wellness offering

Life Time, the luxury athletic country club operator and lifestyle brand, has acquired High Performance Lifestyle Training, a wellness company known for immersive, in-person experiences.

Founded by entrepreneur Brian Mazza, the human performance-focused HPLT will be integrated into Life Time’s offerings, giving members access to exclusive retreats, self-development workshops and high-intensity fitness challenges.

“At LifeTime we are relentless in our pursuit to help our members live healthier, happier lives wherever they are on their wellness journey, including those who are laser-focused on a high-performance lifestyle in both their personal goals and professional aspirations,” Life Time vice president of group training and studio Jessie Syfko said. “Brian’s vision and passion align perfectly with our mission and together, we’re excited to bring our members uniquely curated events and opportunities they can’t find anywhere else.”

Mazza called the deal an honor and a transformative milestone that will expand HPLT‘s reach and impact.

The event will also see multiple fitness activations, team runs, yoga, meditation and more.

“As part of the Life Time ecosystem, we are excited for the opportunities ahead and the future we’ll build together,” Mazza added.

The addition of HPLT to the Life Time orbit complements its high-performing clubs, expanding supplement line LTH, open-to-all app, LT Digital and its 2025 roster of in-person athletic events across the country. The luxury wellness operator also continues its growth push, with plans to open 10 to 12 new clubs this year and recently debuted its second Miora clinic, which is focused on longevity and performance.
