Katy Hearn’s Sesh App Launches Free Strength Program

No cost, no catch. Sesh’s free four-week summer strength program is built for real life, with flexible plans for both home and gym workouts
Feeling the summer slowdown? Sesh, the female fitness app founded by fitness influencer and Alani Nu co-founder Katy Hearn, is giving women a free summer strength training program with no signups, no strings and real results through “Sesh Foundations: A Fitness Blueprint for Real Life,” a four-week training program.
“We created Sesh Foundations for every woman who’s ever said, ‘I want to get started but don’t know where to begin,'” Sesh vice president of brand strategy Hilary Combs said. “As a female-founded, female-run company, we understand the unique pressures placed on women trying to do it all. This plan is simple, smart and totally accessible — and once you download the app, you can start immediately.”

Sesh Foundations includes a full strength training program developed by certified Sesh coaches, with two options: one for at-home workouts using dumbbells and resistance bands, and one for the gym that incorporates machines.
Participants complete four workouts per week, each 30 to 45 minutes long, to build consistency, confidence and strength. The program also features a nutrition guide with macro-friendly recipes and access to a private Sesh community for encouragement and accountability.
“If you already love Sesh, this is your moment to get your friends in on the experience,” Combs said. “Because strength is even better when you build it together.”
