The nutritional program aims to help its members heal their relationship with food and embrace better eating practices

Form, the wellness brand founded by Sami Spalter and Sami Clarke, known for its workouts, activewear and healthy recipes, is investing in mindful nutrition. Today, Form launched its first-ever nutrition-based program, Transform from Within, a powerful collaboration between Spalter and her dietitian, Shira Barlow, MS, RD, also known as The Food Therapist. The new initiative aims to help Form’s community of over one million members heal their relationship with food with expert guidance.

Form has seen surging interest in its in-app nutrition content over the past year, like its weekly meal plans to grocery guides and healthy recipes. After Spalter publicly shared her personal weight loss journey on social media, during which she lost over 85 pounds, the platform realized there was a higher demand for more content around her diet and approach to nutrition.

“My weight loss journey has given my life a deeper meaning. It’s not about how my body looks but how I feel,” said Spalter. “Everyone deserves access to the tools and guidance that can change their life, because at the end of the day, feeling good feels good! Shira Barlow, MS, RD, is my dietitian and has completely changed my life. With Transform from Within, we’ll answer the question of ‘how’ — how I was able to lose 85 pounds, how to change your mindset and how to eat intuitively. It’s about coming home to your body, feeling good from the inside out and building a healthy relationship with food.”

Form has built an eight-part masterclass based on intuitive eating, mindset transformation and emotional healing. Transform from Within aims to equip members with practical, actionable tools, like grounding exercises and willpower strategies, to food therapy sessions and affirmations for sustainable habits. Members also receive one-on-one support for sustainable food habits, exercises, affirmations and strategies to reconnect with their bodies.
