Echelon Workout Builder AI creates personalized, seven-day strength and recovery programs based on a user’s goals, experience level, available equipment, schedule and readiness, adjusting future workouts based on performance and feedback. The app is designed to support users whether they’re training at home, in a commercial gym or while traveling. While AI-powered workout generators have become increasingly common in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketplace, Echelon is also targeting gym and club operators with a white-label version of the platform that can be customized with a facility’s branding or integrated into existing member apps through a software development kit. The enterprise offering is intended to help gyms extend personalized programming beyond personal training sessions, giving members structured workouts throughout their fitness journey while creating another touchpoint for engagement. The platform includes adaptive programming, exercise demonstrations, rest timers and a daily training dashboard. At participating fitness facilities, the app can also generate workouts based on available equipment and gym layouts to create more efficient workout flows. “Our beta users consistently told us that Echelon Workout Builder AI pushed them harder than they would have pushed themselves,” founder and CEO Lou Lentine said, adding that the company’s internal testing also showed higher workout intensity compared with self-directed training. credit: Echelon Echelon says the platform is designed to integrate with several gym management systems, including ABC Fitness, Daxko, Mindbody and Club Automation, allowing operators to connect members with personalized programming through their existing digital ecosystems. For consumers, Workout Builder AI is available starting today on Apple’s App Store for $14.99 per month following a 15-day free trial, with an Android release planned for a later date. Echelon says by operators interested in white-label deployment, platform integration or demonstration opportunities should request additional information through the company’s website.
