A Week of Well-Being: Aura Wellness Returns to Unico Hotel

As tourists flock to luxury destinations to unwind and inspire healthier habits, Aura Wellness is giving guests at Unico Hotel Riviera Maya access to expert-led classes and workshops

Aura Wellness, an exploratory, multi-day health and well-being event, is returning next month to Unico Hotel Riviera Maya, an upscale adults-only hotel, as wellness tourism continues to boom.

Scheduled from April 13 to April 20, Aura Wellness will feature expert-led classes and workshops on wellness, nutrition, mental health, beauty and physical fitness. The experiences, which include skincare sessions and chef-led presentations, are available to new and existing hotel guests who stay at Unico Hotel Riviera Maya during the event dates at no additional cost.

“At Aura Wellness, novice wellness enthusiasts and expert junkies alike can indulge in the robust programming,” AIC Hotel Group vice president of sales and marketing Ash Tembe said. “Guests can take this opportunity to venture into their own wellness journeys or discover new areas of the space but, most importantly, go at their own pace and with what feels right.”
